Frequently Asked Questions

How does Crescent's high elevation affect my draft system?

At nearly 4,400 feet, Crescent's elevation changes how CO2 behaves in your system. Pressure settings that work at lower elevations can cause overcarbonation or excessive foaming up here. We calibrate every system we service for Crescent's specific altitude, ensuring your pours are balanced and your keg yield stays high instead of ending up in the drip tray.

Can Renny's service my Crescent bar during winter when road conditions are tough?

We operate in Central Oregon year-round and plan our routes around winter conditions. Crescent is the southern edge of our regular territory along Highway 97, and we maintain a consistent bi-weekly schedule through the winter months. If a specific day needs to shift due to road closures or ice, we reschedule promptly rather than skip a visit.

I only have a few taps at my Crescent bar. Is that too small for Renny's?

Not at all. We service everything from 2-tap setups to 40+ tap brewery installations. A smaller system still needs the same bi-weekly cleaning to prevent bacteria, yeast, and mold from building up in your lines. In fact, smaller operations often feel the impact of a dirty line more — one bad tap out of three is a third of your draft menu tasting wrong.
